Combining her business experience in high-tech start-ups and Fortune 1000 organizations with her experience as an educator and international management consultant, Camille provides knowledge and support that enables people to create the Foundation for Results: authentic relationships aligned by shared commitments.
Her thirty years of experience in training and development include six years as an international organizational consultant successfully transforming team and organizational cultures. Work In Progress Coaching names her company and her personal mission. “Each of us is a ‘work in progress’ — learning how to contribute our best, be fully expressed and produce results worthy of who we are.” Every offering embodies her mission, from executive coaching, team workshops to the facilitation of strategic conversations. Clients benefiting from Camille’s transformational methodology represent a variety of industries. Clients include executives and teams from Cisco, Pinterest, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Universal Audio, Elekta, PG&E, Pfizer, City of Santa Cruz, San Mateo County, Santa Cruz County.
Camille received her M.A. from The Ohio State University. From 2007-10, she was an executive coach for the Global Institute for Leadership Development and from 2004-2009, an adjunct professor teaching leadership in the Santa Clara University. She is a founding leader of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, now continuing as How Women Lead. She mucks stalls and serves on the Board of Directors of Divine Equine Assisted Therapy Center. She gratefully lives life out loud with her family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
