Change without Blame

Will you let yourself change today and not make yourself wrong for not having changed yesterday?
Will you let someone else change today and not make them wrong for not having changed yesterday?

When we acknowledge “that was me yesterday, this is me today” without blame, we own our growth.

Owning our past opens the door for us to generate a future that matters more to us than blaming ourselves.

We humans are designed to adapt, change, and grow — to be change makers for ourselves and with others.
