Choice Zone

Say these 2 words out loud:   Groan.  Grown.

Which one do you want to say about your day today?

These times of uncertainty and disruption feel like we are blindfolded, wearing roller skates, and keep our balance while the ground beneath us continues to shift without warning.  Still … we have a choice.  A choice in how we’ll interpret these times. A choice in how we’ll respond to what’s happening.  A choice in whether today will one in which we “groan” or “grown”.

Your choice. Probably one you’ll make more than once today. That’s ok. Consider it part of your exercise program.
