Bright Side of Burnout

On a break during a coaching session, this poster listing 101 Stress Relievers was on the bathroom wall.

It has some great examples. You probably do some of them already.

When my clients ask me how to reduce stress, we focus on 3 things: keeping our word, acting consistent with our values, and having compassion for ourselves because we are human being.

Sidebar: In my book, being human means making mistakes, being brilliant and everything in between. That’s what I call being “perfectly human.”  Remember that reduces guilt, blame and that darn internal critic and keeps us focused on being our best, knowing that we can be even better in the next moment.

Because just naming the 3 stress relievers may not help you know what to do, I have created something that will.

It’s called: The Bright Side of Burnout: How to recognize & fix it!

The Bright Side of Burnout will help you and your team reduce burnout. The package contains:

  • a lively, 30-minute DVD in which I guide people through a 4-step process to reduce burnout,
  • individual learner’s guide with exercises,
  • a transcript of the presentation,
  • PLUS, a 30-minute conversation to help you facilitate an awesome session with your team.

Now … repeat after me: “I have more important things to do than burnout!”

That’s the message in the video. Order by May 30 for only $129.00.
