It keeps dawning on me that no matter what I’m doing, thinking or with whom I’m interacting, I’m learning, consciously or unconsciously.
A question I’m now asking is: What am I learning?
- To challenge my thinking or argue that I’m right (again)?
- To argue my logic or listen from my heart?
- To hold my breath ready to release my rebuttal or let my breath go and lower my guard?
In these trying times where reactions are easily triggered, shifting from looking good to learning may be the best strategy for all of us.
Another question is: Can I see you as a learner, too?
PS: Read my chapter For Better Results, Ask Better Questions in Turning Ideas into Impact. Available Kindle or Paperback.(OR: Call and I’ll read it to you!)
